Valdez Heli Camps

Since the Private Helicopter is often in heavy demand, it is important to book time well in advance of your proposed use dates.  Private Helicopter time is reserved on a chronological priority system.  The first customer to place a hold on a date has priority over holds placed subsequently.

A customer with a lower priority hold may "force" the holds of higher priority holders by offering to BOOK that date.  If those customers with higher priority are unwilling to make a booking after having been given reasonable notice, the customer forcing the hold will be awarded the dates.

A booking will only be validated and confirmed upon receipt of this signed contract together with the required deposit.  This agreement will then be countersigned by an authorized representative of Valdez Heli-Camps and returned to you with your receipt.

The customer should book all dates for which the customer anticipates requiring the helicopter. These include weather days, travel days, special preparation days, and back-up days of any kind.  Any days not booked are considered available to other customers.

The 6-day rate for a private helicopter during the 2006 season is $46,950.00 this includes (14) hours of flight time over the 6-days with (6) hours guaranteed. The rate for additional/credit flight hours is $2495 USD per hour.  These rates include helicopter, pilot, fuel, and two guides.  Each additional guide is $350 per day.  The number of guides required for a customer's specific project will vary.  Valdez Heli-Camps Inc. will solely determine the number of guides required to complete all skiing endeavors, operations, and projects undertaken by the private helicopter.

The customer is responsible for payment for all days and costs, including and not limited to: weather days, late arrival, early departure, and required additional guides on all skiing endeavors, operations and projects.   Rates are subject to change without notice.

A 50% deposit on the base rental period is required to book a helicopter.  Full payment of the base rental period is due 90 days prior to the actual rental period.   Rooms and Meals options are available separately and are not included in this package.

Valdez Heli-Camps Inc. reserves the right to cancel any reservation at anytime due to circumstances both foreseen and unforeseen.  Standard Terms apply.
