visitors and residents enjoy a spectacular winter
playground. Although there are many winter destinations
in North America , why not choose the road less
traveled, or the powder less tracked? You are a
unique and exceptional person. The guides at Valdez
Heli Camps would like to offer you a unique and
exceptional experience.
As your plane lands in Anchorage , Alaska , you
anticipate your trip to Valdez Heli Camps. If you're
in a hurry to get to the camp, a 50 minute flight
over the Chugach Mountains will get you there.

of Prince William Sound . Soon you'll be in a helicopter,
heading for the best powder you've skied in a lifetime.
Alaska is the training ground for Olympic medalists

is what you're after, you've come to the right
place!
If you'd prefer to do some exploring, you can
stay in Anchorage at a discount offered by VHC's

Valdez . The state of Alaska is in the Alaska Standard
Time zone, which is one hour behind Pacific Standard
Time and four hours behind Eastern Standard Time.

you can see Mount McKinley , which is the tallest
mountain in North America .
60 of Alaska 's 100,000 glaciers are within 50
