Vertical Feet Punch Cards
"Specifically designed for those with more time than money", we provide several different punch card options designed to appeal to riders and skiiers looking for the ability to indulge in the top notch VHC heli skiing experience on a standby basis.
From retirees that can spend the whole season, to ski bums on their last dime, you too can use the VHC vertical foot punch card program for anything from a season pass, to a weekend, a day, or even a half day of Alaska's famous heli skiing with your last dollar!
With punch cards starting at 12,500 feet and increasing with increments all the way up to 500,000 feet. The VHC punch card program is, without question, the best value in heli skiing in the World. If you have the time we have the punch card for you!
With the addition of two snowcats to the fleet, we are expanding terrain and offering multi-day packages for skiing exclusively by snowcat. This new opportunity provides an extremely effective first step for those of you interested in skiing or snowboarding here in Valdez's Chugach Mountains.
Single Day Heli Skiing
Heliskiing is available on a daily reservation basis. A daily heliskiing reservation guarantees your seat on that specific day. A normal Heliskiing day includes 18,000 to 20,000 vertical feet of heliskiing (approx 6-9 heliski runs). A single day of heliskiing is available for $999.
Single Day Cat Skiing
Skiing by snowcat is available on a daily basis. Advance reservations include lunch. An average day of snowcat skiing produces 12,000 to 14,000 vertical feet of skiing. The cost is $349 per day.
Touring Huts
Earn your turns with Valdez Heli-Camps! Valdez Heli-Camps introduces new opportunities in ski touring for Thompson Pass. From a vantage point 4100 feet above Prince William Sound, enjoy breath-taking vistas overlooking expanses of glacier, ocean and Alaska's famous Chugach Mountain Range.
